Change of Plans

This weekend was supposed to involve racing at Southington and this week was supposed to involve lots of training.

Instead, both of those involved/will involve lots of time being sick.

I guess I'm just going to take the whole week off and see if I can race this Saturday while unleashing a torrent of snot all over the field.

Dammit.

rest up. come back fresh and hungry for blood.

was that you with the cowbell? It took me at least 3-4 laps to figure that out (if it was you). I was like, who has a cowbell and is getting in my face and knows my name here? then I realized you weren't racing.

haha, i wasn't me with the cowbell. i felt like crap so my cheering was pretty weak, although i did tell you that luke keough had a cramp and i thought you could catch him at one point.

shit, who had the cowbell and was jumping into the course and shouting my name? near the start finish? it went away about the same time you moved towards the pit and told me that I wasn't bike racing, that the guy that just passed me, he was bike racing. thanks jerk.

some cramp keough had. haha.

it might have been dr z with the cowbell. she was in that area.

and yes, that might have been over-heckling, but whatever, it's cross.
